Most of us should be quite familiar with BB Creams right now. It has been in Singapore for about a year and more korean cosmetics brands are actually bring in their own BB creams. There are more choices for BB Creams right now, no longer the few that we can choose from.
Just a brief introduction of what BB Creams are:
BB Cream, are also know as Blemish Balm Cream and they are know to have 'healing' effect as in Korea, people whom had underwent plastic surgery are recommended to use this cream.
The main difference between BB cream and other make-up foundations is that BB Cream is a healing product, whereas normal foundation don't. There are many types of BB cream available in the market now, such as some has whitening properties, some are ant-wrinkle, some even out skin tone and lighten blemish scars. But most BB creams acts as moisturizer, sunscreen and make-up base. BB cream can be used as a make-up base before foundation. Or some will just skip foundation as it already has tinted color. Some more popular brands of BB creams are Skin79, Missha, SkinFood.
I've tried SkinFood Aloe Vera (Pink Undertone) and I'm so in love with in, I'm finishing my first tube soon and will be getting more tubes to stock up. I'm also trying other BB Creams at the same time.
BB Cream reviews will be up soon!Labels: BB Cream, Make Up, Skin Care

SKINCARE: Nexcare™ Acne Patch
Nexcare™ Acne Patch is a skin-colored, water-based material that acts like a sponge to absorb the oily secretion and pus. It acts as a barrier over the acne to reduce hand contact and infection. It is also waterproof yet breathable thus helps improve healing time while ensuring comfort. When you see the acne patch turning from skin tone to white tone, this means that the oil secretion has been absorbed.3M’s patented Tegasorb absorbs maximum oil secretion and pus spot-on and was traditionally a large medical dressing meant for pus absorption in large wounds. Nexcare™ Acne Patch was introduced after it was discovered that nurses in the hospitals innovated the product by cutting the dressing into smaller pieces to address their acne problems.Size: 18s' / 36'sPrice: $4.95 / $7.95

Got sample from fr3b.com, there's 7 patches in there. More then enough for me to use (hopefully I don't get such big acne all times). There's really one big one growing at my chin right now, acne would only grow at that place when I'm stress up! And YES! I'm stress with work and studies recently. ** arghhh **
Anyways! Reviews for this. At first, I sure have my doubts about this product (although this product has been out for quite some time), until I've got the free sample and tried it out myself. Wow! it really clears my BIG acne, real big acne after putting it on. Basically it 'sucks' out the oil secretion the patch, making the acne small and less obvious.
The disappointing part is that it's not really transparent at all. I can still see the patch on my face, not mentioning putting makeup over it. But this surely will not stop me from getting the 36's patches as it really works!

Special relaxing ingredients of jujube date and Community Trade chamomile combine to balance and soothe and promote tranquil sleep.
Size: 100ml
Price: S$24.90
Pamper-a-DIVA says:
As the name of the product says it "Dreamy Pillow". The smoothing and calming smell allows me to calm my nerves after a hectic day of work and slowly leads me into my dreamland. However, the smell does not seems to be long lasting. Needs about 4 - 5 sprays on my pillows and blankets and it last about 30 - 40mins. Would be better if BODY SHOP could improvise it to be a oil form which could last longer.
The price wise is a bit costly for such a small bottle, especially when more sprays are need if you want the smell to last longer.

Bought this product as I need something to perk me up for the dreadful hours after lunch. As you know the hours after lunches are basically "hard-to-fight-the-Z-master". Popped into BODY SHOP that day and saw this new range of product offered. I wasn't a very much BODY SHOP follower as their product has no much effect on me, however I've decided to give that a chance by trying this new range.
Basically it's just like lotion with some ginger smell. After applying at my neck pulse, the smell did perk me up A LITTLE, but later on, it smells like medical oil *yucks* I would say not much effect.
I'm definitely not going to get this after I finish this tube.
